КАКВИ ПРОДУКТИ ПРЕДЛАГА АРА Брокер?
Застрахователния брокер предлага пълна гама от застрахователни продукти на българския пазар. Предлаганите застраховки включват автомобилно застрхаоване, имуществено застраховане, застраховки живот, отговорности и др. Застраховките могат да бъдат сключени, както в офиса на застраователния брокер, така и чрез заявка в сайта www.arabroker.com. При получаване на заявката, наш представител ще се свърже с Вас за уточняване на параметрите застрахователния договор и същия ще се изпрати към Вас електронно и хартиен носител по пощата.
Плащането може да се извърши: в офис на брокера, по банков път, с наложен платеж, с карта.
РАЗГЛЕЖДАНЕ НА ЖАЛБИ
Общи разпоредби
Правилата за подаване и разглеждане на жалби на ползвателите на застрахователни услуги и потребителски организации определят организацията за разглеждане на жалби: подаване, обработване и отговаряне на жалби (оплаквания) на ползвателите, в съответствие с чл.290, ал.1 от КЗ.
Целта на Правилата е да организира процеса по управление на жалби (оплаквания) на ползвателите на застрахователни услуги по справедлив, ефективен и подходящ начин.
Общи положения:
Жалба (оплакване) – писмено искане, подадено от ползвател или потребителска организация към застрахователния брокер, в която Ползвателят посочва, че правата или законните му интереси, свързани със застрахователните услуги, предоставени от Брокера или сключените договори, са били нарушени, и отправя искане за изпълнение на неговите изисквания.
Разглеждане на жалби (оплаквания) – дейността на служителите на Брокера, включително приемане и регистриране на жалби (оплаквания), разглеждане и определяне на проблема, подготвяне на отговор и предоставянето му на Ползвателя на услугите.
Регистър на жалби (оплаквания) – дневник, в който са регистрирани всички жалби (оплаквания) на Ползвателя, получени директно от Ползвателя, на адреса на Брокера, по пощата, по електронна поща или чрез други електронни средства.
Отговор – писмен отговор на въпросите и/или исканията на Ползвателя, предоставени в указани в Кодекса за застраховането срок.
Подаване на жалби (оплаквания)
Ползвателят може да подаде жалба (оплакване) по следните начини:
в офиса на ЗБ “АРА Брокер” ЕООД гр. София жк. Младост 4, бл.459, вх. 1, ет.1, офис 2 , като попълни жалбата (оплакването) и я предаде на служител;
чрез изпращане на писмо по пощата на адрес: гр. София жк. Младост 4, бл.459, вх. 1, ет.1, офис 2;
чрез изпращане на email на брокера: office@arabroker.com;
чрез попълване на формуляр за заявка в онлайн системата за обслужване на Брокера: www.arabroker.com;
Обработване на жалби (оплаквания)
Жалбата (оплакването) на Ползвателя на услугите се обработва в съответствие с чл. 290, ал 2 от Кодекса за застраховането,
Всички постъпващи жалби се завеждат с входящ номер в регистъра /електронен/на жалбите (оплакванията).
Ние ще Ви отговорим в срок до един месец след подаване на жалбата Ви. Ако отговора на жалбата Ви не е задоволителен, можете да се обърнете към Заместник председателя на КФН, ръководещ управление застрахователен надзор.

Ние пазим поверителността на Вашите лични данни. Ние не предоставяме Вашите данни на трети лица, преди да бъдем сигурни, че при тях са взети необходимите технически и организационни мерки за защита на тези данни и то на необходимото ниво, за да бъде гарантирана тяхната сигурност.

For what purposes we process your personal data and what is the reason for their submission and processing
We process the personal data you provide for the purposes of administering the insurance brokerage process to respond in certain cases to your request, application or other request to us, to assist you in the use of services under the insurance contract or when making insurance claims, to protect the Broker’s legal interest in the event of a dispute, to fulfill our legal requirements, including the avoidance of conflicts of interest, corruption and practices and obligations under the Measures against Money Laundering, as well as marketing communications and direct marketing purposes and statistical processing of data based on your explicit consent.

The periods for which we store your personal data are the statutory time limits in the Insurance Code (taking into account the limitation periods specified therein for different types of insurance), the Accountancy Act, the Tax and Social Insurance Procedure Code.

WHAT ARE ARA Broker PRODUCTS?
The insurance broker offers a full range of insurance products on the Bulgarian market. Insurance offers include car insurance, property insurance, life insurance, liability, and more. The insurance can be taken out either at the office of the insurance broker or by requesting at www.arabroker.com. Upon receipt of the request, our representative will contact you to specify the parameters of the insurance contract and the same will be sent to you electronically and in paper by mail.
Payment can be made: at the broker’s office, by bank transfer, cash on delivery, by card.
APPLICATION OF COMPLAINTS
General provisions
The rules for filing and handling complaints by users of insurance services and consumer organizations define the organization for handling complaints: filing, processing and responding to complaints (complaints) of users, in accordance with Article 290, paragraph 1 of the CC.
The purpose of the Rules is to organize the process of handling complaints (complaints) of users of insurance services in a fair, effective and appropriate manner.
General positions:
Complaint – a written request made by a User or consumer organization to an insurance broker, in which the User states that his rights or legal interests related to the insurance services provided by the Broker or the concluded contracts have been violated and asks for fulfill its requirements.
Handling of complaints (complaints) – the activity of the Broker’s employees, including receiving and registering of complaints (complaints), handling and defining the problem, preparing a response and providing it to the Service User.
Register of Complaints (Complaints) – a logbook in which all complaints (complaints) of the User, received directly from the User, at the address of the Broker, by mail, e-mail or other electronic means are registered.
Answer – a written answer to the questions and / or requests of the User, provided within the term specified in the Insurance Code.
